Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final
Every guide we sell is a digital product delivered instantly by email. Because you receive the full product right after payment, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a guide has been delivered. This applies to the main guide, the bonus guides, and any order bump, upsell, or downsell offer you accept at checkout.
If delivery genuinely fails
If you paid but never received your guide, or the email never arrives, that is a delivery problem, not a change of mind, and we will fix it. Email guide@primerhq.in with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your payment reference. We will re-send your guide. If we genuinely cannot deliver it, we will refund your payment.
Cancelling Fieldnote Press Insider
Fieldnote Press Insider is a ₹199 per month subscription. You can cancel any time by emailing guide@primerhq.in. Cancellation stops future billing from the end of your current billing period. Guides already delivered under an active subscription are not refunded, in line with our all-sales-final policy above.
